How can I create a limited viewing area like we see on this board?

- limit users to one forum until they post in a welcome forum or in our case, post they agree to new rules.

:confused:You can limit new members by using usergroups and automatic promotion. To limit already existing members until they have posted a specific message--I can't think of an automated way to do this.
